the hotel is just a short walk from the train station, which i appreciated. i found several dining options nearby (i especially liked the italian place around the corner). the room was spacious and clean, fitting three people comfortably. the staff were also friendly during check-in and check-out.
the air conditioning unit in my room didn't seem to work effectively, and it made some noise even when i tried to turn it off (i just ended up opening a window).

the staff at the front desk provided assistance with directions and local information (they spoke english and german). they also helped with storing luggage before check-in and after check-out and were available 24/7.

The room i got was pretty small. the floor was not clean, and the furniture had dust. plus, the bed was uncomfortable. I had a terrible sleep. corridors also seemed unclean

the staff was helpful and the price was good.
The club music at night was very loud, i had trouble sleeping until 2 or 3 am. I am not sure if the music came from within the building or from a club nearby. the location also felt unsafe, there were suspicious people outside.
